I think double perk weapons should go forward, also end game PvP N PvE should drop double perks in both perk slots, once unlocked early in the seasons pass.
That time you gave us control over our masterwork, Brilliant! Bring that back!!
It would be awesome if we could do a nightfall, raid, iron banner or trials and get a double perk in both slots of our pinnicle weapon drops, and to be able use a masterwork consumable adjuster so that when a pinnicle weapon does drop, you are garunteed the master work of your choice to go along with those double perks in both slots.
Focusing loot is a great addition, in the future it would be awesome to be able to focus all prime engrams, it would also help with getting high drops in the slot that we need.
No need for a new currency or location let us use legandary shards to focus them at master rahool, say 5 shards for the master work, and +10 shards for the focusing either weapon or armor and another +10 to focus again bewtween kinetic, energy or heavy. Armor could be 5 shards for affinity, +10 shards for highest stat mob, res, rec, dis, int, str and +10 shards for helmet, arms, chest, legs or class item.
It feels bad to have to reaquire weapons that we already have, do to sunsetting ( new weapons wouldn't feel bad but a nee dlc is coming so that will fix it a little) at least you gave us a ton of loot this season and earning these weapons is very easy, please keep this seasons ease in mind while you have us reaquire weapons in the future seasons. If it is a chore to reaquire these weapons ppl will moan and hate it and it will not be fun.
Last thing, give us a reason to run resilience in Pve ie: 1 to 4 res is normal no change, if you run 5 res you get minor resist added, if you run 7 res you get minor and major resist added, if you run 10 res you get minor, major and boss resist added for free.

2 RepliesI almost agree, but then I remember you can spend a great number of hours/days/weeks grinding for that perfect roll only ofr it to be retired due to this stupidity of sunsetting. Nothing bungie does will make me return to destiny until they get rid of sunsetting.

3 RepliesI like the option. But I laughed when I got a Gnawing Hunger with Kill Clip and Multi Kill Clip as options. 😂

Good job recycling old loot and already used systems 🙏🏼🙏🏼

3 RepliesHmm... I seem to recall my D1 weapons having more perk options.
-
1 ReplyI think a new raid or few new strike maps would be a good start

1 ReplyIt's augmented weapon (blacksmith)

1 ReplyWait how do u get double perk slot weapons?
-
1 ReplyHasn't this been a thing for a few seasons now? Lol

6 RepliesHow the he’ll do you even get weapons to drop with double perks? Like you get to choose how to customize your weapon in the second row of it? I haven’t gotten anything to drop with double perks...

Edited by Mistress Ani 99: 7/24/2020 6:06:52 AMThey always did in D1...

Augmented weapon bounties were a thing too but that was pretty limited to be honest. More perk slots in a pool is a plus.

Edited by Lord Magris: 7/23/2020 10:41:00 PMI wouldn't mind if lots of weapons started offering double-perk options, even things as simple as Strike or Crucible loot. If it came down to it, they could make it an unlockable perk through some method per weapon and if players are satisfied with the main perks that they got, then they wouldn't have to go through the trouble of upgrading it (it would be nice to be able to preview the extra perk though). Of course, if they go that route, should anything require resources to unlock, they'd better be careful about what it costs. And as for resilience, in an older post, I brought up that they could make it where having resilience reduces the effects of knockback from things like boss stomps and such.

6 RepliesAbsolutely agree! Makes grinding a bit more forgiving and can broaden the roles (Ha) on a single weapon. 👍

11 RepliesEdited by Davie4: 7/23/2020 6:15:43 PMIrony is that is a d1 feature that they took away with d2. D2 needs to grab some inspiration from d1 and several other games to fix a few holes in its progression/reward system. The gameplay itself is good for most things, but the reward for the gameplay is lacking.

Agreed

It’s very nice, I like being able to switch from my pve perks to my pvp perks on the fly.
