People bitter that they could not farm it before now. Bungie does that to lengthen play time over weeks. Now that the content is old, I think its ok to make it easier to get and to farm. Being able to farm brings more people back to play and help others potentially. Good luck! I got it on my second try a few months ago.

Well basically we grinded these raids 3 times a week I done sotp 61 clears and the week it became farmable I get it the first time that week. It's pretty BS how it's became like this now.
