Why don’t villain ads have common sense in video games?

Like all the random people fighting for the villains always keep fighting no matter the odds. Like bruh you just witnessed the protag absolutely rinse your buddies and you still want to fight him 1v1? Lol...

  • Jedi Fallen Order's stormtroopers at least acknowledge how stupid it is lol. I love when you get to the last one standing and he'll just say something like ''I knew this would happen'' or ''I'm finished''

    • “You picked a bad time to get lost friend” said a fur armour wearing bandit with an iron axe to a man fully decked out in armour made of -blam!-ing dragon bones, weapons also made of dragon bones, the ability to shoot hellfire out of his hand and if he speaks you will be torn to a billion pieces.

      • Either die battling your foes or die to unfriendly friendly fire.

      • Might be like a mafia thing where they've got more than their kneecaps to lose if they flee. Better to take it with the hero who will kill them at worse than their boss who might go after their family/friends (or just plain torture them). What's more annoying is stealth games that have the enemy know something is wrong but then brush it off moments later. "Hey guys, someone killed Todd! Search the area!" A moment later... "I don't' see anything. Todd must've just dropped dead then. Meh, didn't care about him anyways."

      • *protag stealthily kills a guy with an arrow* 2nd guy: Holy s@#t, there's a dead body over here! ****two minutes later**** 2nd guy: huh, must be my imagination

        • In halo killing Elites or Brutes makes nearby grunts scatter. In Titanfall 2 if you’re in a titan and you wipe out a grunt squad leaving only one survivor, he will either surrender and, much like a specter, you can make him change teams or he will drop his weapon and cry while waiting for you to finish the job. Those are really the only two FPS games, I can think of, that have AI react to your actions.

It’s die by your hands or die worse by their masters for being a deserter 🤷‍♂️
