Renewed Focus on PVP
Ignoring PVP matchmaking feedback
And now the Puzzle. I was ok with the fact that this puzzle was a thing for streamers to solve. But who the hell thought it was a good idea to give us the Bastion quest as a reward? A roadmap weapon....it's mindblowing

2 RepliesI am still chuckling about it. The fact that someone at Bungie thought that getting Bastion a week early would be a good idea is just beyond all comprehension. Watching all those streamers act like they were doing something that mattered and leading the community only to find it was a roadmap weapon we would have got in a week anyway. All the people running the same bland tunnels and posting pictures .. and all along Bungie were just pulling their usual trick of making people whose expectations of them are virtually nil even more disappointed and hacked off. This is what they can come up with ??, with all the lore and stories unfinished THIS is what they come up with ?? .. Lame. Uldren is still sitting in that shipping container Bungie. Just saying. Then again their endgame for the greatest Titan ever is for him to stand around in a Hangar selling four bounties. Uldren will end up stood in the Dreaming City selling Baryon Bough. In September whatever Bungie are going to be selling is going to be going up against Cyberpunk for people's money. I am looking forward to CD Projekt Red's latest offering and wont be giving one more penny to this broken, greedy, lazy, out of ideas studio.

I don't think most of us were fooled by this. My expectations were to receive that core we needed to complete the Bastion quest. The only thing that shocked me was allowing us the then go ahead and complete the rest of the quest before the point it was stated on the roadmap. If you expected another Whisper/Zero hour type thing, or you expected a sweet exotic to return, you only fooled yourself. That sort of thing won't come until the last season before a new content release. Was I hopeful there was maybe something more? Sure. But I learned 2 years ago not to [i]expect[/i] anything and thus it's harder to be let down now.
