Can't unlink old, inaccessible account
I want to use cross-save to migrate my data from PS4 to steam. Your website is telling me that I need to authenticate all accounts I have linked, even though I need only the PS4 and steam for the transfer. I have an old xbox live account from many years ago linked that I am no longer able to access. I don't see any option to revoke access in my account settings, or elsewhere without providing the password I no longer have. Please revoke access from this xbox account, as it's causing a problem with cross-save and is also a potential security issue. Having no recourse is unacceptable, and I expect help from support to resolve this. Thank you.

You'd need to contact Xbox support for potentially recovering the account. Bungie cannot, for security purposes, unlink/re-link accounts in users' profiles. If you are unable to recover the Xbox account, unfortunately your only option is to create a new Bungie.net profile and link your active accounts there. Note that abandoning your current profile will cause you to lose, e.g. any emblem codes redeemed, as the codes are tied to the Bungie.net profile.
