Trying to understand why you are saying the LFG tool is "very bad". The soliciting is only for crucible which doesnt support your request for pve MM. So what is so bad about the LFG?
If you say the requirements to join, well that's just what that particular post is asking for, not all are like that.
Is because you post and no one joins? Well search for one posted and join theirs. It's not too difficult.
Is it because the people that you're joining are bad human beings? We'll there is no guarantee that MM won't send you to join the same bad people.
Is it because you dont want to go the extra effort to look up a group and just want the game to set you up into a pre made fireteam full of awesome people that can carry you?
Just not sure how a team with no mics could complete the third encounter in Salvation or the last encounter in Scourge of the Past, Leviathan, Eater of Worlds or Spire of Stars.

Who told you there would be no mics?

Not all people that play this game have a headset. Some just use the tv sound a d play without a mic. Not that uncommon for people. So how do you remove someone from the match made fireteam who decides they dont want to use a headset/ mic?

It is still quicker to fire up new search via in game tool then going outside the game and hope for the best.

New search could put you right back into the same group too. And depending on how many people are searching it could take a while to find 5 other people ready to go. Also when you MM, what's to keep you from getting dropped right in the middle of the encounter, like any other MM activity? Does it not do that? So if your in a team and someone bails the other 5 are now screwed, because MM is turned off after it made the initial FT?
