solo players have the choice to audition for clans or submit Destiny resumes to fire team leaders.
we can choose to start our own teams, but that usually involves a lot of wasted hours.
Destiny is the first online multiplayer game i've played that didn't include matchmaking for all modes or ingame LFG.

In all my nearly nearly 8 thousand hours of D1 and D2 I have NEVER ever been asked to “audition” for a FT let alone a clan. Or asked to post my gaming resume.
Someone wants to know that badly they can look it up themselves. If that’s not good enough, it’s their loss.
