Warlock Dawnblade main’s thoughts: and I mean Dawnblade not Well of Radiance, so phoenix protocol doesn’t count. Currently Dawnblade has only three subclass exotics (Wings of Sacred Dawn, Sunbreakers and Starfire Protocol), and while fun to mess around with, I still want a top tier Dawnblade exotic. Don’t know what that would look like, but the current ones don’t really do it for me. Starfire is kinda meh in my opinion, Sunbreakers are fun but disappointing because they only work with solar grenades, and Wings are not useful. Really fun, but not useful. I want something to buff the Dawnblade itself, or maybe the Icarus Dash or Pheonix dive, or maybe even granting/enhancing burn damage on all abilities (like the old Viking Funeral style). Just my thoughts. There are many great neutral Warlock exotics that work with Dawnblade, and Sunbreakers are kinda cool, but there isn’t anything that enhances the subclass like Skull/Crown of Tempests/Geomag (once again, speaking of Dawnblade not Well of Radiance). So, could we get some powerful Dawnblade exotics please? Loving all the new stuff that’s being brought in, but I would like a little of that love to be directed to Dawnblade (finally, to all you forum goers who will inevitably point to Pheonix Protocol despite my previous clarifications, I mean Dawnblade not Well). It would be very appreciated. EDIT: just had an idea that I think would be really cool. A chest piece with a shield on the back and a perk that grants more health and damage resistance while using Phoenix Dive on bottom tree. Using Phoenix Dive while in super also grants are larger and more damaging explosion on impact. Maybe even damage resistance on Icarus Dash as well.
