All the pinnacle weapons look lackluster in my opinion. The bow reducing draw speed on hip fire precision shots is gonna be all but useless on console. I've seen iFrostbolt go off on PC, but I think he and others like him will be the outlier, not the norm. The grenades launcher seems meh. I'd agree with your recommendation for the sniper and would take it even further with adding quick draw. No other new fancy perks, just a good solid sniper.

I found it on the destiny 2 subreddit. A user created a thread with a link to one of Bungie's twitter accounts that had them listed.
