So true. People over here never seem to understand p2p has gone worse in d2 just like everything else.

Then level of hybrid with a server to arbitrate the initial connections is not really a hybrid p2p system. Once you are in an activity, the server is not even used any more. Check traffic logs on your router after any matchmaking activity. I am not even sure what their server does apart from being an IP directory of available gamers.

The connection of players to players is p2p and there is no denying it.
