Remove bloom on handcannons
RNG in gunfights is stupid. Combined with flinch, shooting 140 and 150 rpm handcannons feels like you're gambling every time you shoot.

3 RepliesIt should be reduced greatly on Precision HC, but not removed entirely. Reduced slightly on other HC types. Removing Bloom entirely would make almost every HC equal. Last Word would be sniping people 1/2 way across the map. Precision HC would be even worse. There wouldn't be any "Gunfights" just people camping with HC around every turn.
