Good evening everybody! This is Bopsheezi coming to you alive from Devil May Cry! Dante's out, doing work for another client, and he's paying me and Papika to watch the shop for him! Papika: “Bop, it's really boring here. We've been sitting here doing nothing for the last two hours.” Well, we could play some more pool. Papika: “Yeah, and let you win again? No thanks.” Well..maybe Dante won't mind if we use his jukebox. Music helps keep me entertained when there's nothing else going on. Papika: “Well..his taste in music is a little..eh..” We are his guests, and we should respect his tastes, though I guess I can just pull up songs on my phone. Papika: "Yours is even worse!" That's just mean.. Anyway, I like to listen to OSTs from games, because video game music doesn't get the respect it deserves! Even back when it was beeps and boops, it had extremely catchy melodies. I mean, who can't recite the entirety of Super Mario Bros. soundtrack. On the other hand, game music today is so varied and high in production value, that there are songs that if I didn't know any better, I wouldn't ever think they were from a video game. Tl;dr? The secret course music from Super Mario Sunshine - https://youtu.be/ryZvC68xE_s Not much to say here, I really like the A Capella nature of this version of the song. 2. The Elite 4 battle theme from Pokemon Black and White - https://youtu.be/3Q0sy_CviYI The best non champion theme in the series, this song always gets me so pumped to reach the champion, and grinding my Pokemon to level 99. 3. Strike the Earth! from Shovel Knight - https://youtu.be/BoOjcBiZu0I This song makes me think of a fun adventure, which is what the game is! 4. The song that plays during the final hours before the moon falls in Majora's Mask - https://youtu.be/D5UFHY4Tlas This one is super nostalgic for me, as Majora's Mask was the game I played the most of as a kid. It still sends shivers down my spine to this day. 5. Pierrot of the Star-Spangled Banner from Touhou 15 - https://youtu.be/1QBMOKQccMU Listen, I really like music that sounds like it's from a circus, and this fits right there in that niche.[/spoiler] But that’s all for now folks!
