The meta in PvP is ridiculously stale.

You realize how flexible this meta is right? There’s so much you can do against 180’s and shotguns. Sidearms, fusions, Last Word, smg’s, not playing corners and getting slideshotted like an idiot. If you are dying from somebody running at you with a shotgun while he’s far away from you, sorry to say you aren’t gonna win many gunfights in your time.

I think buffing other handcannons will fix Luna’s and Not Forgotten. Ward cliff not hard to use and devs are looking to reduce the ammo you get from bricks. Shotguns already got a nerfed twice now with full choke and range nerfs. I think you learn how to use Sidearms and Fusions you can destroy them.

4 RepliesEdited by Meow Fairy: 3/29/2019 12:25:18 AMmeanwhile on pc the meta don't have that much shotguns, no 180HC even luna's howl is pretty rare, and nobody uses wardcliff coil. besides, everybody is still using a spectral blade hunter. this week the most used weapons in pvp are : kinetic : - ace of spade (36.7% of pvp kills) - last word (18.67%) - thorn (6.91%) - dust rock (1.48%) energy : - kindled orchid (13.49%)..thanks to thorn quest so it dosennt really counts. - luna's howl (6.83%) - ikelos HC (5.60%) same case as kindled orchid so..meh - retold tale (4.67) power : - hammerhead (and thats what EVERYBODY uses in pvp pc now) when we compare to playstation, the meta is really different with luna having (21.57%) of the kills and dust rock (16.48%), meanwhile ace of spade is at (2.98%) we have a better diversity and ways to play on pc, even when using a controler because the sandbox is different. if you console players, wants a real change in your sh*tty meta....having the same sandbox as pc players is the way to go...sadly this is probably never goign to happen.

To be honest, the only thing that Bungie need to do is reduce the range of kinetic shotguns with impact 65.
