Bring Back trials

7 RepliesBungie already confirmed it is a giant NO because they know the sandbox is horribly unbalanced and that trials would be a nightmare if it were to come back. But thing is what makes trials so damn special that Bungie wants to spare it of their failure of game balance but not comp or even QP ? Why is it ok for comp or QP to suffer the stupidity that is the meta of Y2 180 HCs mainly LH, shotguns, and warcliff/colony but not Trials ?

They'll bring it back in the last expansion a few weeks before D3 releases. It'll be the exact same as it was when they took it out and they'll have done nothing to it rather than just making it pure elimination like it always should have been.

1 ReplyThe balance of the game doesn't support Trials. If it comes back in "current" (02/20/2019) Meta Form, it will break the game and not be playable, and if it includes a pinnacle weapon, expect Rampant DDOS attacks.

2 RepliesThink of it this way, what are the top PvP games right now? Fortnite? Apex? You see where I’m going? Trials while it would be great, would be a waste of resources. As long as Battle Royale games exist, there will be no love for Trials.
