The Obsidian Accelerator Quest Step not Redeemable
I completed the "Mysterious Datapad" quest line up to "the obsidian accelerator" part where i have to turn in the bounty to Ada-1 but there is no prompt to turn in the bounty making it nonredeemable. Along side this I currently have the missing powerful weapon frame glitch in which they go missing.
