Did Bungie ever add a seperate way to acquire the faction rally catalysts?

Not yet. So if you didn't get that Graviton Lance catalyst... oh well?

I was able to get them for the Sunshot and GL, but I was out of town for the last week so I missed the Sweet Business catalyst. Honestly, I just want my friends to get another stab at the Sunshot catalyst. They don't have it and don't understand why I say that the Sunshot is lowkey awesome.

The Sunshot isn't great for PvP but in PvE, especially where trash mobs are clumped together. Yep. Awesome. As far as the faction available catalysts go... it's especially unfair to newer players. They didn't even get a chance at it.

At the moment they're still trying to figure out a decent way to do the faction rallies hence the reason they've been gone since season 3. I'm sure the catalysts will come back with the rallies.
