Every week I will forever be Guardian II
I see it doesn't matter if you have 20+ kills and a 2+ efficiency in competitive. It's a numbers game and there is no outing for the solo player or am I just getting the short end of the match making stick? I mean I can't seem to progress in ranks ever since black armory. Idk, maybe it's just me.

20 RepliesYou can get there. I recommend you try going In quickplay and practice saving team mates. I'm that one team mate who is willing to sacrifice a life for a win. Here's a great example yesterday in comp yesterday I had a friend defusing with the enemy team at a peek point he started defusing so naturally they pushed, but I stood in front of the defuser so he didn't get killed defusing. I died, but we won cause of it. Also a good move is I pop a rift where a team mate is peeking, and when they go to cover you peek and fire until low then signal the team mate to peek. It's a great pattern. Yesterday my team had a distinct best player.and so I stuck near him and gave him support, if he ever died I had a fast res for him. And I was also helping him clean off people he made low with a different angle from him. All and all it worked really well.
