Spawn rate for it sucks. I have the quest on my Hunter, but getting it to spawn is just pure luck. Some people go through more than 100 and have yet to obtain it. There's a difference between "hard to obtain" and just "pure RNG", and even when it does spawn you can be screwed over by the opposing team because every one is trying to get it. If they can't win the match before you kill it, they'll bail to rob you of it getting it.
