regarding forsaken
maybe you guys can help. i own d2 plus both expansions. i want to buy forsaken from psn but it shows up unavailable for purchase. what is wrong?

your best bet would be to contact playstation store support if it is showing as unavailable. Unfortunately bungie has no control over their store.

Check the PSN store for the dlcs, sometimes they show as "free" so all you have to do is purchase them at no cost. Also, are you on the acct that owns the game and the dlcs?
