This so called raid is nothing but a heavy mechanic gimmick event that plays as some sort of American Ninja . One mistake and you may as well restart.
Where is the sense of fearful raid bosses? You have essentially made us a mouse in the maze of reruns. I will claim at least 30% of our wipes were due to failed in game mechanics like having a dog see you as they spawn in or how about having a dog in the safe room with you as you drop down for the first time. At least prison of Elders had bosses you respected and wanted to kill. This boss is a pure joke. You really think he is worthy of a Guardian? The previous raids had intent and a sense of purpose. This has none of that.
Luke Smith claims a lot of the changes to the game were because this is a "first person shooter" and they want us to shoot. Well then design a raid that meets that criteria. You don't get to have it both ways Bungie! Gimmicks in this raid are cheap and superficial with no sense to any of it.
A great raid world entirely gone wrong. It is a beautiful and large. Only good thing I can say so far.
The fact you constantly have to look for ammo is also absurd. You take away the super, you take away the grenades, you take away the secondary as a useful slot by essentially having two primaries, and you then limit the ammo. Add this to the layers of built in gimmicks of this raid and there is no fun left.
You have problems with your wannabe raid. This is not worth the title of raid and is a total insult to the great raids before this. This is a POE on steroids with a crappy boss.
