... and I don't mean like FOX or CNN ...
kind of like a 1 hour TWaB but with the Gaming Community Live - - they never have to answer the "tough" questions at face value, - - they seem to sweep all the real problems under the rug and try to make them go away with needle-point tweaks and Eververse Trading Updates
that's what i think at least...

Like the developers update by Jeff for overwatch? If that's what you been then yhea
-
They should do streams like the Warframe Devs do and give out silver to players too. ;)

4 RepliesI wouldn't put Faux News and a slightly biased news organization in the same sentence. FOX is pure bile and propaganda from the extrem delusional right, which brought you US (and the restcof the world) the rise of dumb stupid incompetent "nobody knew healthcare could be that complicated" Trump.

10 RepliesWhat I would like is the community people like Cosmo and Deej to communicate with us more. TWAB updates aren't worth the time taken to write them. More often than not, it is something along the lines of 'we have many paths we want your guardian to follow, we'll talk about these paths in the future ' This is then followed up by 'the guardians path has been swept and is looking good. We shall share part of this path with you soon.' Then a week later, 'guardian, we found a few rogue weasels and otters on the path, so we shall speak about this new path for your guardian soon'. They are literally a waste of time, the community needs engagement. Proper engagement. If someone posts a thread with concerns about the beta, or asks a question, it's rare you see that blue Bungie box indicating a response. But if you ask about chickens on the farm, or you've found a funny meme, they pop up straight away. Parking the game to one side for a moment, the distance between players and the community spokespersons is huge, and it is only getting bigger. A start would be a locked thread, pinned at the top of the forum. Every few days a community rep should update the thread with a couple of answers to questions that have been thrown around in the forums. Have it as a point of reference. I would bet that there are a lot of players who have so many questions they want answering, and the lack of interest from Bungie is just making players more and more angry, which then turns the attention to the game. Bungie, I'll make it real simple. You have a massive community. Engage with them. At the moment you are akin to the evil stepdad who only speaks to the kids when he is forced to. Change it

Since when do press conferences solve anything? PC Scripted tell you what you want to hear babble.... If I want that I'll just read TWAB! ;)
-
You mean, like the weekly TWAB?
-
Or maybe bungie can sell PvP and PvE as two different GAMES.
-
10 RepliesOr they could just remove pvp, problems solved!
-
4 RepliesI hear Sean Spicer is available.
-
1 ReplyIt's a video game, not a dire political or global crisis that needs to be consistently reevaluted to ensure the safety and well being of humanity. Sometimes I think people care too much about something really insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Keep perspective, then maybe monthly conferences won't seen so necessary.
-
Twab is a joke just a bunch of bla bla bla followed by see you next week!
-
I'd like if Bungie just directly acknowledged our feedback. I know they can't be on every post, but a simple reply saying that they're looking into it, acknowledge it, or just confirm or deny something. That would go a long way.
-
if i wasnt at bungie i would reply to these forums either
-
Cool idea. Like an ama with deej and cozmo, and maybe whatever dev is relevant to the current conversation.
-
11 RepliesThey need to fire everybody. Starting with luke & little weasel deej

I'm sure if you made a game as big as destiny, you'd know how unhelpful that would actually be. People with complaints don't understand how things work. They think everything can be boiled down simply and understandably in a short time frame. And all that will result in is a 50/50 chance that something is taken as an excuse, lie or just completely out of context. While having people voice their opinions into the air seems pointless, it's more beneficial to everyone messaging is well crafted and as close to correct as possible.
-
Hahaha that would at least be entertaining AF. However, I think an easier solution is to just have bungie filter through this sh*theap for the progressive comments.
-
All the comments below prove otherwise. It would just be more material to trash. People kinda like to bitch a lot around here.
-
Seriously? Who would watch that shit. Cmon man
-
Edited by MC_3_TTV: 7/24/2017 2:48:02 PM90% of the issues would be solved if they fired everyone that made TTK and everything after it and put whoever made year 1 actually fun in both PvE and PvP in charge
-
I think For Honor and warframe do this. I know For Honor was a massive fail and is dead now but it doesn't seem like a bad idea. Although, both those streams aren't Q&A based they are great ways to keep in touch with the community and let the community know what they are working on.
-
90% of destiny's problems would be gone if bungie removes pvp from destiny. So sad that pve has to suffer bc bungie is to incompetent to separate the two modes!
-
8 RepliesWell. IGN is doing an Ask Bungie Anything segment on the 28th. Maybe a lot of our questions will be answered then.... Provided they can weed out all the salty questions and get questions that actually shed some light on D2.
-
I agree!
-
1 ReplyOr if PvP was removed lol.

1 ReplyWhat would make Destiny better is if Bungie just listened to what players want and did it instead of ranting about what their vision of the game is or how they intend it to be played. At the end of the day Destiny is a product not a piece of art, and while I won't argue against the value of artistic license I will argue that when you make a commodity appeasing your buyers is your number one priority not appeasing yourself. This is something I am not sure Bungie will ever understand though.
