No you don't, by starting the game and creating a character you gave all rights to bungie with everything you do Destiny.
Check out the UELA.....aka.......fine print you clicked "accept" on without taking a nanosecond to even skim over...

Korea shouldn't have gotten refunds.....destiny is published and manufactured in the U.S. so the EULA laws of the originating country should stand which everyone who plays destiny agrees to. Blizzard didn't have to put of law but good will.

The right by which you can demand the things for being a customer... that right... and you can look it up in any service or merchandise rules or policies

Telling a customer "No" to unreasonable demands is perfectly acceptable, especially if the company has previously stated they will not do what they customer demands. And if said customer continues to demand the unreasonable, then you dont want them as a customer anyways. So yeah, it's lost money, but worth it in the long run, as no business wants to deal with customers who "demand" things.
