Are you happy with Mayham Clash being the Iron Banner Gamemode?

1 ReplyIt's good to know that only about 25% of the community (That voted) seem to hate anything that is just pure fun. These are probably the same people that hated action sack.

One thing I loved about the last mayhem clash IB, matches are quick.

1 ReplyIt's the only mode that's truly fun any more...the only mode that lag isn't a factor and where you don't have to wait forever to get a match. So yes. I like it.

It's a fun gameplay, pure destruction. I can understand how some players want more skill based challenges, but you have trials every week. It's nice to be able to go in and just have fun with the game.

I won't play ib mayhem clash unless I can get 5 other defender titans to run double suppressor grenades with me...the only way it would be fun imo!

Hate to say it but since abilty spam is THE thing in Destiny, mayhem has become more fun. Sidearms and all the BS are way less relevant. Not worried about Hand Cannon crutch kids cause my hand cannon is golden

13 RepliesMayhem Clash is fast-paced and fun...and is the only game mode left that still reminds me of the Crucible in Vanilla Destiny in terms of the speed and lethality of play. The only problem are those handful of troll teams that show up with two Defender Titans, and four Gunslinger Hunters. .....It's like......REALLY? You can't take off the try-hard pants and just have FUN for just ONE WEEK, can you??

2 RepliesI like Mayhem but I'm wondering why the spawns are so terrible. I got killed by a team 4 times in a row because I spawned next to them. Hate that Bungie is leaving the Crucible in this state.

It was sorta fun the first time for the first couple games. The novelty wore off quick. Too many golden guns.

Seemed to me a little early, but what the hey, who knows if there will be any more IB's. Maybe this is a good way to finish it.

I don't really care but it's allowing me to get some of the class specific quests done that I kind of forgot about. Getting multiple radiance kills is kind of a pain in the -blam!- though.

No. I am always amazed when people say they enjoy it, or even that it's their favorite game type. I cannot imagine how anyone could ever have fun playing mayhem anything. I'm not telling people not to enjoy it, if it's their thing. But the fun of PvP, for me, is trying to outwit my opponents. Mayhem removes any traces of wits or skill from the arena. I doubt I will even be able to stomach it long enough to finish the bounties, for all of my characters.
