Bungie owes you nothing.
Seriously. So stop making demands.
If you don't like it don't buy it because Bungie won't bat an eyelid. Even if a million of you don't buy it.
Why ?. Because a new audience on PC and other new players will make up the numbers. Bungie don't care that Steve in Ohio wants X. If it's not already in their plans they aren't going to suddenly change it just for him.
And stop harassing people who have preordered or loved the reveal.
It's their money. What they saw excites them. You aren't going to change their minds.
This forum should be full of banter and sensible, reasoned arguments. Agreeing to disagree. Not toxic derogatory remarks because someone doesn't share your opinion.
And if you really hate this game then why are you here ?. I'm sorry but I don't understand it.
I think Destinys great but I don't take it seriously. It's a video game I use for casual alien blasting stress relief.
Try it sometimes. You might like it.
Edit : I apologise for the unkind remarks about people's empty lives. It was hypocritical of me when I was asking for reasoned discussion and I have removed the offending passage.

3 RepliesIt's 2017. I don't think it's acting entitled if you want dedicated servers and 60fps for a AAA shooter

12 RepliesIt's generation snowflake. An entire generation of kids growing up thinking they are entitled to everything. When they don't get what they want, the toys come out of the pram. When they don't like what they see or hear, they get offended and lash out. They feel superior to everyone else. The harsh reality of life will bring them crashing back down to earth when they grow up. I'll be there with my popcorn... It will be fun to watch.

They are young and dumb...and that's it. They see nothing wrong with giving up on a video game but still hanging around it's forum like a bad smell, spreading toxicity. Anyone with half a brain would move on to a game they do like

so basically the thing most asked for in D2 they ignore, and we're just supposed to just up and take it? I don't want to stop anyone from buying D2. I do however want bungie top understand why myself and many like me have decided not to buy, or cancelled their D2 pre-order.

3 RepliesI hate it when you say stop being demanding. A customer has every right to demand, since he is paying money for the product. He wants the product he have paid money for, to improve. And bungie needs to take feedback, to improve the product so more people will keep using it and more people will buy it. Nothing wrong with demanding.

2 RepliesEdited by THUNDERCHILD: 5/25/2017 3:04:13 AMYou seem confused. This is a product forum. At its core it exists for customer critisizm and feedback. If you think you'd be happier in a fanboy echo chamber reddit is that way --->

48 RepliesNo, I am entitled To a decent video game for my money, that's how capitalism works. That's like if you went out and bought diapers, then when you find out they're made of paper mache and they don't work, the cashier goes on this long ass rant about how you should just be happy with that and to stop being so entitled even though you dropped the money on a product you didn't receive in-full.
-
1 ReplyPah! These plebs! Dropping sixty dollars on a video game and daring to criticize it and make it better because they want to see Bungie improve!? Who do they think they are, customers!?
-
7 RepliesOP getting completely roasted. They are right tho. As consumers we have a right to give feedback about a product we potentially may or may not buy. It's called feedback and criticism. The whole world works like that. If you buy a shirt and get home and see a stain on it that you didn't see in the shop what you going to do? " oh it's how the store made it so it's fine" hell no you go back and get a refund or replacement. People have a right to their own opinion. We are not required to kiss bungies ass all the time they do something
-
Companies pay good money to get customer feedback from surveys, focus groups, etc. What do you think Bungie has a forum for? What do you think Bungie has a feedback forum for?
-
So instead of voting with our wallet and tell Bungivision we want some Dedi Servers, we should just throw our money at the screen ?? Great Idea !
-
It would be a sad day indeed if players could not be critical of a game they enjoy. Wanting something to improve is not always "entitled". Take for instance the auto break down of green useless engrams into materials when you reach high level. Had players not asked for this simple change it likely Bungie wouldn't have implemented it and we'd forever be in our inventory scrapping worthless greens. Bungie SHOULD be willing to recieve feedback and suggestions from players. They are not all knowing...and make mistakes like everyone else. Who better to review thier product than the consumer? Steve from Ohio may want "X" changed. And if enough "Steves" want the same thing then perhaps Bungie should atleast investigate the request. If it's for the betterment of all, and an overall improvement to the player experience and the product itself, then the request by "Steve" is validated. In my real life I'm a Chef and I'm painfully aware that pleasing everyone is impossible. All you can do is try and cater for the majority. If I'm cooking Coq au Vin and enough people say the wine is too overpowering then guess what....I'm changing it. I probably would ignore one or two complaints if hundreds of previous customers enjoyed the dish....but if scores of people don't like what I'm producing then I owe it to myself and future customers to modify the recipe. I certainly wouldn't put things on the menu and say "stuff you....it comes as it comes....don't like it then tough". Constructive feedback is vital in every industry....even in game development. But on a different note you're correct that Bungie don't care about the "Ransom Posts".....you know...change this or I'm not buying. Especially if what's being asked for is not particularly significant or not supported by the majority of players. So all in all people are free to post criticism but they should atleast be constructive expressing thier opinion instead of being toxic, overly negative or abusive.

Agreed! What a bunch of idiots complaining about the flaws in a product they have to spend money for! How dare they expect anything they want!
-
Bungie owes, us a story lol

2 RepliesI've seen you on the forums before. I really like what you have to say. All these idiots on the forums think you need 60fps and Dedicated Servers in order to be a good game. This is not the case. There are tons of great games out there that don't have high framerates or Dedicated Servers. I will play Destiny 2 and be happy with what I get. Destiny is my favorite game (soon to be replaced by Destiny 2) and I will stay happy with whatever is released.
-
Damn straight! The game already looks amazing without 60 frames and we as a community are already used to the lack of dedicated servers in the first game.

1 ReplyDon't tell me what to do

1 ReplyWhile I can completely get behind the idiocy of targeting harassing people for how they enjoy or not enjoy the game....this has been a two way street. There has been no shortage of fanboys degrading people who have legitimate critcism or well founded arguments for what they do not like or would like to see changed...as much as the other way around I think that needs to be said. For the rest...I totally agree with your overall message. Everybody enjoys different things. We need to accept that and be supportive or at the very least constructive if we want to get anywhere.

2 RepliesEdited by Bigjit539: 5/25/2017 1:18:55 AMAverage 50 bucks X a million sales. I'm pretty sure bungle cares. I'm also pretty sure bungle wishes they had 10% of the 25 plus million accounts they had at the height of that number. If bungle continues on the path they've been on, the player base will do the same thing it did in Destiny 1, only this time, even less will come back. Yep, I'm 100% positive bungle cares.
