As long as the game is good I don't care that it's only 30fps. I've gotten used to it after 3 years it doesn't bother me.
Edit: Just to clarify: I'm not saying I want 30fps. I'd take 60 over 30 any day of the week. However, I'm not going to complain just because Destiny 2 is capped at 30fps. To me, gameplay/content>FPS/Graphics.

I'd take dedicated servers. Like Overwatch has. They make huge profits.
no excuses
If Scorpio can run @ 60 fps then it will prove that Bungie did there best to get the Pro running at 60 and that they want to make Destiny 2 the best game it can be.
-
I don't care about graphics or frames per second, I care about the quality of the story instead of graphics
-
5 Repliesa GTX 1080Ti can do 4k 60FPS . they gave us an option . I can enjoy both . 2013 Gen consoles can't handle 60
-
8 RepliesI was planing to play on PC anyways lol so not concerned. Although I will be playing it on Xbox too and honestly I would prefer it look amazing more than having 60 frames. I plan to get a Scorpio and I'm sure it will be capped at 30 too.
-
Eh I definitely care but it isn't something I think I should throw a fit over.
-
31 RepliesI remember Bungie saying they couldn't do better because the ps3 was holding them back. I guess their lips are sealed now. Bungie lies, a lot. I know this comment will upset many Bungie apologist, but I'm been around long enough to see how much they break their promises.

3 RepliesI want all the fps
-
-
I don't care
-
You're a noob then
-
Listen at this point who ever is in console complaining about this obviously doesn't know the hardware in these consoles cause the hardware is already behind in times and while on certain games 60 fps and 1080p those are mainly multiplayer pvp only games and not ones with PVE PVP and much more
-
2 RepliesIm fine with it. Besides as of right now I am on the fence with the new crucible being 4v4 across all modes.
-
As long as its not less than 30, no complaints
-
2 RepliesUnrelated question. I bought the TTK bundle on PS3, can I download it again on my PS4? Or do I have to buy it again?
-
As you stated, 60 would be swell, but I am not tore up that it is at 30. I am curious to see how Scorpio plays itself out. Also, if you want more frames, PC is available and from what I hear let's you have all that your PC can churn out.
-
At the end of the day you have a sealed box that can run the game as smooth as butter for £400 at 30 fps. P.C gamers can pile thousands into Thier machines to get 60 fps+ ..... It's gonna be the same game and it will never be cross platform, so who cares? Just enjoy.
-
I thought it looked great. I don't need a game to be 60fps to enjoy it.
-
I do agree that gameplay and content is obviously more important, but I still think that Destiny 2 should have 60 fps to give it a more complete experience.
-
At the end of the day if your still on the fourms arguing about destiny your going to eventually buy d2 no matter how shitty it might be. 60 fps does look sexy and dedicated servers would be a plus but i doubt we will get any of these things but ill still get d2. I might not get it day 1......but ill still get it
-
Honestly couldn't care less that D2 is 30fps not 60. So long as the story is good the lore is deep and the gameplay is crisp. You want 60fps then go to PC if you're that concerned about it. Everyone is playing at the same specs so really pvpwise what the difference.

Not for PvE but 100% for PvP

1 ReplyCouldn't care less. The portion of the population that can even decipher 30fps from 60fps with the naked eye is minuscule, so it makes me laugh when people make it out to be this huge deal. I'm here for the smooth gun play, cooperative aspects, and exploring the open worlds. They could have literally just expanded D1, and I would still have the Collector's Edition preordered.

7 RepliesAll you people saying you are moving to pc for uncapped fps, I just laugh, do you people realize that 30 fps on console is much smoother than 30 fps on pc?! And do you people realize how much a pc that can run destiny on ultra 60 fps will cost? Half the players that claim to be swapping will stay on PS4 and Xbox one when they see the price, and don't give me this "in the long run it's cheaper" BC, it's not at all if you want any performance out of your PC when it comes to running current generation titles; and steam sales are complete garbage you will never see a game that's not on sale with gold or ps plus on sale with steam unless it is a game that was around 30$ at release or a PC exclusive, also don't get your hopes up, the optimization on pc is always much much worse than it is on console, have a nice day :)
Baited Son
2 RepliesI do care... Many games run in 60 fps, why bungie kept at 30 fps for us playing on console -.-?
