I think the elemental primary's are coming back as exotics cause the fatebringer had a skin on it. Either that or they changed it for this update but who really knows.

Raid weapons will have ornaments. VoC had the same colour pallet earlier and there's speculation that the old raid weapons (maybe KF and WotM as well) will have weapon ornaments.
