lol, bungie has screwed with your head so much that they managed to make a weapon that was not even the best weapon in the game from a "3 bodyshot accross the map kill" to this sorry excuse of a weapon and make you still call it godlike

Last Word is great. It's probably not getting much use now because it's similar to a sidearm in range and damage. Since people HAVE to use a sidearm, it makes sense to choose a longer range primary.

The gun does need its hip fire perk to give good hip fire accuracy and stability. But still it's in a wayyy better place than it was. My bullets actually hit more often now. I love tlw but dreaded using it after last year's April update. Half the time the bullets hit and the games were fun. The other half they randomly missed which was bs. And the thing was I within its range. Giving hand cannons their initial accuracy back helped a lot. And they don't replace scouts or snipers.

11 RepliesBe more specific man. Bungie won't listen to you unless you provide them with reasons and stats. For example, tell them how you want it to be buffed and maybe provide a clip showing how shit The Last Word is. For example... 2 Repliesthe last word is fine, it has the fastest time to kill and has never fallen out of the meta, but that can also be said for any hand cannon in the Eyasluna, The Palindrome archetype. and to point out of how "OP" TLW still is, it breaks its own archetype and there is literally no other gun in its archetype that is any good at all. realize OP is in quotations cause it isn't OP anymore but fits perfectly into where it should be. A hand cannon, hand gun should not be able to out DPS a rifle.

It needs to properly hip-fire and reward you for it. It can't do that in its current state

Accurate. For a gun that wants you to hip fire, it does a horrible job giving incentive to do so. Bullet registration is garbage from the hip, and without the extra hip fire damage, there's no reason to hip fire.

They completely ruined TLW's signature perk and we now have to ADS to be most effective with this gun. If that doesn't tell you these guys ruining PVP are clueless nothing will.

1 ReplyI wish they would, but it's too late. All the balancing attempts have made the gun almost useless. And people are still trying to say it's OP, evidently because it can still kill guardians from time to time.
