There is currently 90 Weapon Slots on Characters. There is currently 150 Armor Slots on Characters. There is currently 30 Ghost Slots on Characters. There is currently 30 Artifact Slots on Characters. There is currently 60 Material Slots on Characters. There is currently 60 Consumable Slots on Characters. There is currently 36 Ornament Slots on Characters. There is currently 108 Weapon Slots in the Vault. There is currently 108 Armor Slots in the Vault. There is currently 72 Miscellaneous Slots available in the Vault. (This consists of Ghosts, Artifacts, Materials, Consumables, and Ornaments) There are currently 469 different Legendary and Exotic Weapons in the Game. There are currently 432 different Legendary and Exotic Armor for Titans in the game. There are currently 433 different Legendary and Exotic Armor for Hunters in the game. There are currently 431 different Legendary and Exotic Armor for Warlocks in the game. There are currently 26 different Legendary and Uncommon Ghost Shells in the game. There are currently 65 different Legendary Artifacts in the game. There are currently 12 Currency Materials in the Game. There are currently 23 (35) Materials in the Game. There are currently 46 Ornaments in the Game. There are currently 83 Consumables in the Game. For Planetary Materials, since they are so abundant and are used a lot, I will say that on average you will need 3 spaces open for each material. Because of this, we will add 2 for each equaling 10 more Materials. For Skeleton Keys, because you can only stack 5, I'm going to say that on average, you will have a stack on each character. Because of this, we will add 2 more materials. Now lets do some math. We start with our Character Inventory as once the items fill these slots, the rest will overflow into the Vault. There are 469 weapons in the game. We take our 90 away from the Character and are left with 379. Then we take away the Vault Space away, we are left with 271 Weapon unaccounted for. Then for armor. We have a total of 1296 Armor Pieces. We take away our Character Inventory and we have 1146 left. Then we take away the 108 from the Vault and are left with 1038 Armor unaccounted for. Now for Miscellaneous. We will start by finding how many excess of each item we have so that we know what will fill the vault. For Ghosts, we have enough Character Space that we will not have to store any in the vault. For Artifacts, there are 65 with 30 slots available, this will take up 35 Vault slots. For Materials, we have enough Character Space that we will not have to store any in the vault. For Consumables, there are 83 with 60 slots available, this will take up 23 Vault slots. For Ornaments, there are 46 with 36 slots available, this will take up 10 Vault slots. With all of these, this totals to 68 Miscellaneous slots. We should have 4 Vault slots left after this. So, if we were to open the Vault up to account for every relevant item, we would need, 271 more Weapon slots, 1146 more Armor slots, and we wouldn't need Miscellaneous slots. With this said, for content up to RoI only, we would need to increase Vault Space to 379 Weapons and 1254 Armor. This would only allow us to hold that many, it would not allow us swap them around. But now to the bigger problem. Bungie is releasing new content in the Age of Triumph meaning we will need much more space than that. But in all actuality, nobody is going to have every single weapon in the game. Most will only get the event gear and maybe some Vendor Weapons they like. Here is what I propose. [u][b]Option 1[/b][/u] Increase the Vault Space to 300 Weapons Increase the Vault Space to 700 Armor Change Ghosts and Artifacts to Armor Increase the Vault Space to 150 Materials [u][b]Option 2[/b][/u] Increase Vault Space to 150 Materials Add Raid Kiosks to save each version of every Weapon and every version of every Armor and save stats and perk rolls Change Ghosts and Artifacts to Armor Change Exotic Kiosks to keep track of different rolls on Armor Remove all materials needed to buy these items from Kiosks so that they are free [u][b]Option 3[/b][/u] Do nothing and watch as nobody can enjoy Age of Triumph If you post on this poll, please leave a like so that we can know how many posted for each idea.
