While I play games I take a short break in between matches to lift some weights and do push ups. I lost my balance and fell. I ended up banging my pinky on the edge of a weight.
Hurts like hell at first now it's.....still hurts.
Fast movement hurts a lot and it's hard to hold the controller. Yes, I know I shouldn't play atm but I'm pretty bored lol. I even had to switch to a slower firing weapon because spamming the trigger fast hurts a bunch.
Anyways, any advice to lessen it down? I don't have money for anything atm and my freezer doesn't work so there's no ice.

1 ReplyHow broke? Like disfigured broke (bent on an obvious angle) or just swelled up, but still straight? If it's broke-broke, get it taken care of by a doctor. If it's just swelled up but not obviously misshapen, if you have any medical tape handy, get a popsicle stick or equivalent and put it under your finger, then tape it up WITH your ring finger. Give it a couple days, unwrap it and see if you can move it a little. If it's still bad pain wise and still swollen, get to the doctor.
