Please Bungie, Keep Nerfs in PvP Seperate From PvE
You already proved you can do it by nerfing shotgun damage before and now re-buffing it some. Quit punishing PvE players for the people who play crucible for a living (IE streamers and YouTube people)

Asked and answered multiple times. Hate it or love it one of their core design philosophies for Destiny is that your guardian will feel the same in any activity, and this includes how the weapons work, which is why they don't adjust the sandbox for pve and pvp separately.

The yellow you just annihilated with Dark Drinker/Ghorn would have went down so much faster if your unused primary weapon had more range and less recoil. Get over yourself. If you're dense enough to use only one set of weapons for PvE, then that's your problem. PvP is a joke, but PvE players complaining about this are the punch line. Edit: I'm willing to wager you don't even specifically have something in mind that bothers you. You likely just made this post to regurgitate something someone else said.

4 RepliesToo late for Destiny. For Destiny 2, separate PvP from PvE. Combining PvP and PvE was a nice experiment and we all learned that it doesn't work.

for he streamers and youtubers? oh please they didnt wish for this i can guarantee a top tier crucible streamer or youtuber would make a much better solution to everyones issues(INCLUDING PVE) than bungie themselves. Hell, their staff honestly don't even put time and effort into this game to figure out the real problems. They are listening to the community but not focused on the right part of the community.

Yeah, we want to keep using the same OP weapons in PvE forever. Give us back elemental primaries while you're at it too. How are we going to beat your old and underleveled raids if you make us change our loadouts? Damnit Bungie, wake up.

I play both PvE and PvP equally and I can tell you that you can use absolutely any gun in PvE and succeed. It's really hard to fail in PvE activities outside of the raid and that's the point of PvE, to give players a game type that they can't fail at, it keeps non-competitive people playing their game. There's no PvP nerf that will affect PvE as much as you think it does.

Or they could just reduce the health of all PvE enemies every time they nerf something. If they're not gonna keep the changes separate, then they could at least do that so it doesn't feel like we're getting weaker and weaker every balance update.
