1080 is over price right now and I'm content with the 1070 and should last me for a very long time. My mother board is good since I'm running it with kaby lake CPU.

Yeah the 1070 isn't bad. I just went a little overboard because I didn't want any possible game to run poorly. I'm not even playing 4K games.
