Is The Palindrome worth it?
I've heard good things about this Palindrome from the Crucible vendor and I am considering spending the ridiculous amount of 150 Legendary Marks on the thing. I'm just wondering if people think it's worth adorning your hard earned marks on. My favorite Hand Canons are the Eyasluna, & I'm starting to like the Imago Loop as well. Just wondering if I have these weapons is The Palindrome going to be better then these weapons because I'm still leveling up my light LvL & 150 Marks are a big hit. Any input is appreciated.

Yes it's worth the marks if you don't have a god roll eysluna or imago loop yet it's a very solid choice among all the hand cannons to choose from. Also remember if your in optimal range you only need 1 head shot and 2 body's

I you don't want to get the Palindrome, head on over to Arach Jalal of Dead Orbit and get the Last Ditch-00.

No other current vendor gun is worth those marks more than the Palindrome. [spoiler]Disclaimer: I practically only use hand cannons[/spoiler]

I don't use HC and still picked it up. It's a solid gun and can do really well. If you enjoy HC it's a good collectors piece.

Yeah I guess it is. But I dismantled it. And matador. And eyasluna. And hawksaw. I had a vault full of these supposedly awesome meta guns that I was hoarding. Then I realized that even when I play crucible, I never get that shit out and use it anyway. Dismantled.

150 marks is not hard to get but yeah it's worth it. It's a very solid gun.

Got bored of fast firing pulse rifles and decided to go back to hand cannons after not really using them in over a full year. Pulled out my vendor Palindrome and been enjoying myself with it. My aim could do with a little work but I'm winning games using it.

Depends on taste, I personally love Eyasluna and am used to the recoil pattern. Give me a Palindrome and i'm terrible. One of my friends loves palindrome, so test for yourself.

What else are you spending marks on?...I literally have to buy materials to earn more cause I'm constantly maxing out at 200. I don't play a ton either, but I do the raid when I can and play Crucible so I have no need for the marks other than the occasional vendor item. If you like HC give it a shot!

150 marks is easy enough to make, between dailies and weeklies that yes it's absolutely worth it. Will you like it better, that's between you and your preferences on base stats. It's got better recoil than an eyesaluna (follow up bullets are more on point, check YouTube if you don't believe me. Smarter people did tests) It's got a faster equip speed than ImagoLoop. If you like handcannons then it's worth a try, I use that vendor roll as my baseline. If it doesn't outperform it in some fashion it's likely to be broken down.

If you need a good hand cannon for Crucible then yes, get it. If you already have a Luna/Loop w. Rangefinder & Rifled, then no. Depends how much pvp you play. Palindrome is a crucible weapon all day. & that vendor one has great hit-registration as well as overall capability. It's a great HC. But it's only worth buying if you're a pvp player, & don't have something better.

150 marks is hardly ridiculous. I play less than 5 hours a week and constantly max out my marks. And honestly nothing else is worth buying from a vendor except maybe the event horizon, but it's a very distant second to the palindrome.

Palindrome is basically Eyasluna with better recoil direction. So... yes it's worth it. But if you already have a god rolled Eyasluna you don't necessarily need to have it. It's a goo buy, nevertheless.

Not sure what videos you have watched, but I find the ones that Planet Destiny do on the various weapons to be pretty good and very informative.
