Now equip blessing of light
Now equip all top row subclass perks minus armour stuff make that however
you like
Equip no back up plans and invective
Now titanskate around and be a true bulldozer

Why on earth would you use all top-row perks if you're running No Backup Plans? If you really wanna be a bulldozer, you should use Unbreakable and Relentless. Not War Machine and Bastion lol
