"Guess so. I haven't known her more than a month. I know she can play the alto sax." [b]We reach the gates.[/b] "Artemis, can you open the gate? If I do it, Pan'll probably fall off and bust her head open, knowing her luck."

[i]Artemis opens the gate for them as Pan stops her singing.[/i] [b]Pan:[/b] "So who is this person we're meeting?! Is he a cool person? Is he bald?"

"Ain't a he. It's a she. And she's a person that can help you understand a lot of things better. I've already told her about Bedlam and stuff, just answer her questions, okay?"

[i]Pan sighs in annoyance.[/i] "Questions? This doesn't sound fun or exciting."

"It won't be. But ya know how ya keep getting confused and forgetting shit? This person can help you with that."

[i]Pan groans and begrudgingly stays on Grant's back. I hope they're at least close because I'm running out of filler.[/i]

[b]We walk through the open gates, and the person is standing there. It's Ry. She's a psychologist. And a surgeon.[/b] Ry: "Hi there! Is that who I'm going to be helping?" Me: "Yup."

[i]Pan sighs as Artemis starts to walk away slowly.[/i] [b]Artemis:[/b] "I have this psychologist feeling from you, so I'm just gonna go...." [b]Pan:[/b] "I'm already bored..."

Ry: "Well, then we' better get started. Follow me." [b]She begins to walk off, and I start to follow her.[/b] [spoiler]Prime time to ask about the -blam!-ing pink alien in front of you.[/spoiler]

[i]Artemis silently leaves. Pan vanishes from your shoulder and reappears next to Ry, floating on her back.[/i] "You look like candy."

[b]Ry chuckles.[/b] Ry: "Heh. I guess I do. I am pink. I'm an alien, a Solarian. How did you get over here?"

[i]Pan giggles.[/i] "Teleporting, silly. How else would I travel?"

"You can teleport? Care to tell me how?"

[i]Pan goes speechless for a minute before replying.[/i] "Bedlam says something about making shortcuts and...uhh...I don't know, chaos stuff."

"Chaos? Bedlam? Who is this Bedlam, exactly? I wasn't told."

"Bedlam is my best friend! He's stuck in my head 'cause of...uhh..." [i]Pan shakes her head.[/i] "...What's wrong with me?"

"Well, Grant says that you have trouble understanding and remembering things. I'm making sure that there's nothing wrong with your brain."

[i]Pan stops floating and starts to walk, holding her head in her hands. Steam started coming off her skin. Her voice was more serious.[/i] "What's wrong with me...?"

[b]Ry stops dead in her tracks, and turns to Pan, putting a hand on her arm. It was warm, but it was nothing compared to what she normally touched. [/b] "Are you okay?"

[i]Pan shakes her head again and she goes back to her prior state, her skin hot as a fire. Pan laughs.[/i] "I'm fine! Everything is well."

"No... It's not. You're as hot as flames... What was that? What caused you to steam like that?"

[i]Pan seems oblivious.[/i] "What're you talkin' about?! Steam?! Is someone cooking?"

"You were! You were steaming a second ago!"

[i]Pan looks confused.[/i] "Why would I be steaming, silly?! I'm all goooood....I'm fiiiiine."

"You had steam coming off of you? What's wrong with you? Did you not feel it?"
