I don't know about anyone else, but I've had some pretty good luck in archon's forge. I've maybe 40-50 games and I've gotten 10+ legendary engrams, 10+ cloaks, 2 boots and 2 snipers that dropped with god roles. So yeah, I think the drop rates are fine.
