You guys did it to yourself, you created your perfect game.
Many people on this forum (myself included) told you the game would be bad.
Sean Murray didn't lie, the game wasn't falsely advertised, now stop spamming the forums with this shit

1 ReplyNo it isn't. Just watch the video that's slapped on the game's page in PSN's online store. It's blatant false advertising
-
9 RepliesHave encountered 3 sand planets, one space battle, many giant dinosaur creatures, 2 earth like planets, and one portal. I will continue to enjoy this game despite everyone hating it
-
Guy had a great idea all the time to work on it and he dropped the ball. Kind of like destiny in game story

Where are those fleet battles in atmosphere then?
-
They were very vague for most of the time causing people to jump to conclusions, but they did also lie.
-
There are like 70 reddit posts that suggest otherwise....
-
10 RepliesThey lied and it sucks, get over it already
-
1 ReplyWhy anyone thought that NMS was going to be anything more than exploring boring shallow randomly generated planets is beyond me.
-
5 RepliesYes he did lie. Where are the desert planets with giant worms and ship variety/stats? He lied about many other things, but those are just a few.
-
5 RepliesEdited by TommyG: 8/31/2016 9:49:47 AMMost things he said were vague enough that the excuse can be made that he was misinterpreted rather than him lying. But there's no excuse for the MP thing. I didn't go into the game wanting multiplayer. I understood exactly what the game was. But Sean stated that the only way you will ever be able to see what the player looks like is if you bump into them, which was stated as being extremely rare. It was the most misleading thing he had ever stated. It happened on day one and the two players couldnt see each other. Probably because chance to meet other players doesn't exist. This can clearly be taken as a lie.

1 ReplyEdited by Auttumnnnn: 8/31/2016 7:33:36 AMNo, they did legitimately claim things about their game that simply weren't true. That much can't be argued.
-
12 RepliesThere are quite a few things that Sean lied about. Such as multiplayer.
-
4 RepliesThere ain't no multi-player as told by Sean Murray
-
2 RepliesHe explicitly said the game would have multiplayer and it didn't. Sounds like a lie to me.
-
14 RepliesEdited by Psyntifik: 8/30/2016 3:41:44 PMYou're wrong. He lied.
-
1 ReplyI'll eventually quit because I haven't been able to repair my warp drive. Beam me up Scotty!
-
I enjoy the game.....don't get why someone can't have a different opinion without the world coming to an end.
-
These are the destiny forums. They have more assholes here than a pedos white- .............I went too far...
-
As a person who hasn't played the game at all everyone seems to be overreacting to this big time.
-
3 RepliesHe didn't lie about multiplayer but he lied about a great many other things. No sand planets, no asteroids, no factions, no portals, the creatures look way stupider than what was shown in the e3 reveal and the ending is worse than the sopranos.
-
3 RepliesWhere are the giant sand worms then?
-
8 RepliesWhy can't i land on asteroids then? Why do i never see freighters fighting eachother?? Why cant i name my ship??? Why cant i join a faction????? They promised all of these things and none of them are in the game
-
6 RepliesYou can't "see and play with your friends". You can't "be a trader". You can't "join and fight with factions". Just a few things off the top of my head that was misled.
-
2 RepliesEdited by ReignofSpartain: 8/29/2016 5:42:34 PMLook up pyrocynical

1 ReplyExactly OP, I said over and over that NMS was lacking in content and is this why it didn't have my support.
