Titan Skating is stupid and should be nerfed
Titans can currently do everything in the game better than hunters and warlocks. Titan skating is way too op and really needs a big fix, why are they the tank class yet they can skate?
It's just stupid how they can do olies, kick flips, and tear up half pipes but us hunters cant! Why can't we grind on rails!?
Man bungie, you really favor titans and their ability to skate

11 RepliesHeres the thing, they aren't the tank class. Why do warlocks get the ram, if thats the case? The classes are really balanced now, we don't need to screw them up again. The only thing in need of a little boost is sunsinger, thanks to the nerf herd.

1 ReplyThe Titan is the slowest moving character in the game with the largest turn radius in the game I might add. Now I've argued many times that Titan skating isn't op cause it's not. Yes it is an exploit in the games jumping mechanic but every class has it. Titan skating is a way for us to stay on par with other classes. Hunters can blink in a straight line. It's an exploit too. Shouldn't that be nerfed if Titans jump gets nerfs. What about a warlocks triple tap glide. Why shouldn't that be taken out. It's the same for all game developers if you find a harmless exploit that benifits a harder to use character they keep it in the game regardless because it's not harmful to anyone. It's not gamebreaking it's nothing. If something as minuscule as a jump mechanic not being used for it's intended purpose look at the other classes and jumps and see how people use them. Hunters have insane agility and warlocks are the mix between Titans and hunters. In a foot race Titans lose 100% of the time. Add in the jump mechanics and Titans are fast. They will win. I've played all 3 classes and a Titan is the hardest to use. You are a giant moving target that useally gets killed first in the crowd trust me I've been killed by people who would single me out and kill me even though my team wasn't paying attention. Sorry for the long rant. If you made it this far BANANAS that is all.

6 RepliesI don't see them nerfing a jump to gain speed. Everyone does it like that with different classes anyway even the warlocks and hunters. Also I'm sure I went against you in trials today and shoulder charged and shotgun warriored the hell out of your team. No offense it might not been you but when I get 13 kills and only 1 death in that match then its sad if you can't handle someone like that
