UK Overwatch on a US PS4

I'm going to buy Overwatch UK version but I don't know if I can download DLC with my US Ps4. Can someone help me? I know Overwatch is not region locked, but are the DLC?

I'm on xbone, it's not a dlc, it's an update to the existing game. should be fine.
