Lucio is a dj, he likes frogs and it is probably a bit of a nod to deadmau5. Reaper is literally death, death isnt bound to the same rules as humans. Pharahs armor has been explained. Genjis shurikens are most likely the same as pharahs armor. Roadhog is a fat pig, but you're worried about his hook?
