A message to everyone who complains about anything in the game constantly.
You're running Bungie ragged. Chances are they no longer feel passionate about this game. They just see it as another job. As something they have to deal with just to make a living. YOU are that something they have to deal with, and boy you guys are absolutely soul-crushing.
I know I wouldn't love my job if there were constant complaints and hate mail from hundreds of thousands of people.
I know I wouldn't want to be getting death threats and shit from people who have the audacity to do that kind of thing.
How about you guys chill with the complaints? Maybe take a deep breath and repeat the word "goosfrabba" and calm ye nerves? Destiny is an amazing game but it just seems to be getting more and more boring because of every complaint that gets answered. PvE especially. Don't ruin a good thing.

I've worked tech support for electronics before. I know what it's like to get angrily shouted at because I can't immediately fix a thing that's not my fault. DeeJ and Cozmo are representatives. They don't code. They don't make models or textures, they don't handle weapon balance and they're not magical gods that could fix everything if only they tried. If you're blaming either of them for anything wrong with the game itself, you're being stupid. They can only feed the people who can do something about it all our input. As for Joe Programmer and his compatriots that make content, there's only so much people can do in a timeframe and this game has been an uphill battle ever since high-ups in planning had a falling out in the last year of the game's dev cycle. As for our input, well.. there's a lot of it, and a lot of it is conflicting depending on the point of view of who gives it. The viability of some things may be more difficult than it seems to the layman as the nature of how the game's coding works might as well be advanced quantum physics to a lot of those giving the input. Joe Programmer himself might be all on-board with a suggestion, but he's also not allowed to do anything to the game without consensus from his fellows, too. ..Also, I feel that a lot of people are forgetting the core purpose of a video game: to entertain. If it's to the point that it makes you unduly furious and fills you with the hatred and malevolence of Satan himself, put it down and play something else. You wouldn't stand around staring at a piece of artwork that pisses you off, listen to music you hate or continue to read a book you despise, would you?

I'd just say go play The Division, then you'd see a game that screwed up even more with an extra year and a half of development. I personally appreciate what Bungie has done so much more than before.

If I see anything in the game I don't find interesting, I don't really complain and say "AH FUDGE that! this Prison of the Old People is stupid!" I just say to myself "I'd rather spend time elsewhere" and move on. They get the data they need by my lack of participation and also know I don't hate them, I just find some parts of the game not as fun as other parts. That's why I play HUDLESS Rumble, its awesome, and its hard.
