Twilight garrison has been released nearly 5 months ago
Yet it has yet to be sold by xur at a measly 280 light ; meanwhile he's damn near sold every exotic around 4 times since then .

Damn I farmed a TON of strange coins to buy like 5 or 6 chest engrams ( plus 11 from the other time ). Still no Twilight G... Rng hates me

The first week Xûr brought Exotic Chest Engrams after the release of Twilight Garrison. I just went and bought a bunch of those and got a Twilight Garrison after 5 or so Engrams. Also got the new Hunter chest plate.

I have received a few of them using 3oC, including one that dropped this weekend at 290. I put it in the vault. The armor I am using now is working well, so I don't care to change it.
