Hey Cosmo, Cold you chime in on the linked post about movement restriction on revive. There are over 300 polled users that would like an answer about the mechanic that is allowing players to be killed immediately after revive, but before they are able to move in order to avoid being killed.

No. I would rather find out about the chrimson ghost. Also I play trials. Have no issue with res sniping. It's called train your team to push you out of the way.

Oh. I'm sorry Puck. I thought I was asking for feedback from Cozmo, not some guy that is collecting candy colored ghosts

Edited by Puck6T9: 3/4/2016 2:08:59 PMLike the others you have a problem with a intended game mechanic and want it nurfed. I under stand why you want it changed. It bothered me as well till I learned how to deal with it. Making you unkillable for even a sec after reviving would break the game mode. I can't tell you the number of games I've been in when a dude with fast Rez can get people up faster than you can put them down (with out Rez sniping) then to add that they can't be killed. Add this to the amount of lag in the game. That would lead to people walking around the wall getting killed then when the other team rushes in revive them and shotgun/TLW while you can't take damage. It's a bad idea.

Noted, I UNDERSTAND where you're coming from and see the argument from both sides of the table. Please reflect your opinion in the poll so the proper people can see it. I'm not calling for a "nerf" I'm just looking for feedback as to whether or not it is in fact AN intended game mechanic or AN unintended side effect that people have found a way to work around.

Have voted in poll. It is intended. Your ghost is teleporting/recombining your atoms. As a result you are unable to move until the process is complete. The lack if a response from them is the same as mine with the ghost. It's intended to be that way so they feel no need to reply. This is why me and you both will continue to hound them about it. And like you I will find every post to ask about it.

lol, yeah, but you're asking about a candy colored ghost that affects you and only you. Do the hard raid, get a 320 ghost. done. This is a serious mechanic that a lot of people have questions about and a lot of people would like clarification on. Just because you think it is intended does not make it intended. Just because I think that it is an error, does not make it an error. My inquiry actually makes sense... yours is just complaining. Start a poll about ho many people think you should get a ghost... nobody will answer. It affects one person. You.

Edited by Puck6T9: 3/4/2016 5:36:13 PMIt not about a 320 ghost. It I played the event bungie admitted they messed up the drops and have done nothing for the people like me that was screwed out of getting one. Being 320 has nothing to do with it. I'd take one at 280. I played the event to collect what was offered and was then told I never really had a chance at getting one. It's not just me there are a lot of people bummed about being screwed out of collecting both ghosts. On the same note you are complaining about a game mode where the object is not to die. And are mad that if you do die you can't get a free pass for a Rez. It's elimination it's works that way. a lot of people want it the same a lot want it changed. Difference with me and the others like me getting a extra ghost at 280 does not affect any one in any way. Does not change game mode and address a already admitted mistake on bungie's part. Me a real fix to a admitted error on bungie's part. You "I don't like the way the game works to hard for me change it." Now don't get me wrong. Voice your opinion on the matter I'll support your right to do that. But, on the same note don't trivialize my and other opinions on how we feel ripped off. Edited to add link to others that voice my same opinion. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/193458958/0/0

The poll is across all game modes. not trials. Why do people have trouble understanding that? You're crying about a ghost that you 'earned'. They never said they messed up. They just said that the drop rate was lower than anticipated. Everyone griping about drop rates just needs to play more. You should have played more. I know that the issue I'm bringing up most likely won't be fixed during Destiny. I'm just looking for feedback and if it is in fact an unintended side effect of the revive animation, then they will fix it for Destiny 2... if not, then I'll live with it because it is a part of the game. You're just upset that you didn't get a ghost that you feel entitled to. Go vote for Bernie... maybe he will give you a ghost.

Edited by Puck6T9: 3/4/2016 6:04:44 PMThat's the point. Me and other did play a lot. For me 160+ games others even more. Skipped raids weekly bountys. Skipped every thing but the event while it was going on and got nothing. Time put in was not the issue. Raids I get 1-3 ghosts a week. Nightfall 2-3. Weekly PVP bountys 1-3. Iron banner 8-15 ghosts for the event. CD 0. Broken to the point bungie felt the need to hand out a 320 one to shut up the people suiciding just for a 320 ghost. That's ok for people like you that only care about max light (like that 1% damage difference matters). See the difference here. I've been nice gave my point of view on your idea. Said I support your right to make it. What do you do say my post is pointless turn to name calling and scream my voice should not be heard due to me not agreeing to yours. I see Rez sniping working as intended. You die you should not get a free pass on it. Your team should push you when getting you up or draw the attention away from your ghost so a teammate can get you. Or any of the other number of ways to deal with it. I do however support your right To say "maybe this is not the best way to do it". Rez sniping matters to you and you want to make it easier to play the game mode. Collecting matters to me. When a limited time event happens IT MATTERS TO ME that the gear (the whole reason to play the event) drops even if it's at low light.

The drop rate is just part of the game just like res sniping. They said the drop rate was lower than anticipated, not that they messed up and that everyone is entitled to ever item they think the game owes them. Play more, get more. In your case i guess you just didn't play enough.
