The content would be new to us. Pretty sure that no one has anything content wise that no one else can get......except FoAF. Anyway, the playable content would be new to us, the players. Just because it is a last minute design change, rebalance, other content that matches in theme not ready, or whatever reason for not giving us everything at once, doesn't mean that it has to be a devious money making scheme. Wouldn't having the code in place even though the content isn't complete be faster than doing it all at once when the entire product is ready? Besides, Bungie and craptivision both need to make copious amounts of strippers and cocaine money. Otherwise craptivision might not think continuing this game is feasible. If they stopped supporting Destiny, you and your army of parrots would have to find another game to squawk about business conspiracies.
