Been a little while, but we have a new episode of the #destinytruthcast community podcast up. We were finally able to match schedules to get community guests on this episode.
I'll let W4RPRIEST cover the description-
In this episode of the DTC Podcast, we have community guests "Domination" and "Fibeto" share their experience/s with us and discuss the resignation of Harold Ryan and hiring of Pete Parsons. We tackle Luke Smith's Neogaf statement on weapon diversity "being increased by removing" elemental primaries, discuss Bungies philosophy on the dreadfully unpopular rotation of meta, the unfortunate raid weapon scenario, and read a ton of Destiny's Community feedback directly from the forums that the community stated direct... unhinged, off the tracks, and uncensored from the community directly to Bungie. And your feedback is outstanding.
As always your thoughts on these subjects are why we're doing this, let us know what you think.

Another great podcast. I tend to agree with all that was said, and the addition of D0M and fibeto was pretty cool. The incorporation of the community posts was a good touch, I would like to see more of that. That being said, since you started posting on here, it almost seems that destiny has run you down so-to-speak. I have high hopes for the future of this game, but at this point I wonder if Bungie can bring anything to the table that can inject even a fraction of the energy and excitement that a fair portion of year 1 carried. I'm not saying it's impossible, but when you have let your core players (and most staunch defenders) down so many times... You see where I'm going. Keep up the good work... At least the community still cares.

1 ReplyBump for later!

14 RepliesEdited by Enderium: 2/26/2016 1:11:44 AMWell done, but you should consider adding the text when reading the community responses. Also try to keep it a bit shorter at first, as a full hour is a bit lengthy.

About to watch it now. Thanks for the heads up.
-
6 RepliesWoohoo! Thanks for all your hard work on getting this up fellas. You rock, War Priest! Thanks too to Fibeto and D0M.

Amazing. The truth IS out there, hope to hear more in the future. Great job guys!

1 ReplyEdited by WINTER PROPHET: 2/26/2016 9:04:51 AMI dare Bungie to care. I dare Bungie to add and allow all gear we payed for and earned since day 1 to be completely re-accessible and made viable again in this game. Jason Jones stated on two occasions "I want Destiny on a shelf with Star Wars and Lord of the Rings" AND "I don't want Destiny on a trade in shelf." Luke Smith stated on Neogaf "You are free to disagree with the removal of elemental primaries." And he speaks in defense of "diversity ". 120 weapons plus have been removed from the games playable viability. So much for diversity. In vanilla PVP is the only place ANY of our original day 1, pre HoW, pre TDB, and pre TTK gear that we BUSTED our azzes for is only useable. And armor. Not only has the game gone to trade in shelves, Luke Smith is on Neogaf standing in the center of "Disagree-with-me-ville" population HIM. Yea, I disagree Luke. You're wrong. And what's worse is you are pegged as wrong by the numbers, and the feedback by a large majority of the community. I dare Bungie, Pete Parsons, Jason Jones, Lars Bakken, Sage Merril, Jon Weisnewski, Tyson Green, David Dague, Luke Smith, and Coz to literally... LITERALLY sit down and LISTEN to all the community in this podcast who were quoted from your feedback forums. At the moment you're done look at each other and I dare you to keep a straight face telling each other that the community quoted in this podcast who are all speaking up... are wrong. So much disregard for the people who backed you with their time, you can give them an hour of yours. Peace.

2 RepliesAnd I loved the podcast, great for someone like me out of the loop who now doesn't have to get on the forums to see what's up--thanks!
-
4 RepliesGreat video gents. I'd add that the host should call on community members to speak so there aren't interruptions and everyone gets equal airtime. Not that it's a pervasive qualm but it would assist with professionalism and overall seamlessness.

6 RepliesSpot on, all around. Great cast, everyone!

4 RepliesGood job guys! Video seems to cut off abruptly at the end though. Good topics and comments. Love how you kept pushing that this was the community talking. It's what we need, a voice. Keep this up, please.

1 ReplyThat´s nice but video quality is bad, audio quality is even worse. If you gona make a youtube video at least give decent quality to your video and better audio i mean much better audio. Good luck!
