Time gated to keep you playing, along with 70% of the content we should have gotten at TTK launch. Bungie knew Y2 was going to be stale as -blam!- after TTK dropped and all older dlc became obsolete. Forces you to run newer but stale content in order to find an interest to keep playing. Keep pulling that slot machine handle. They'll slowly bring up old content and maybe add in the content that should have been here at the beginning, the content we paid 40$ for. Because TTK was supposed to be this massively impressive dlc. That's just my opinion. Scummy bungie tactics.
