So, I have enough 310 exotics to get my guy to 310, but I'd be biting some pretty sweet stuff to get there. I was wondering if exotics would decrypt from 310-320 once I reach 310. Thanks for any info! Also, just got MOSTLY CLOUDLY, been wanting that forever. Bang bang. Pew pew. Edit: So, if I need to be 311, what's the best place to level up at this point? I don't really raid much. Just need a high level artifact. Any other ideas?
