Something major is funky with destiny.
The app's not working properly anymore, notifications take forever. I've read about insta deaths from walls and floating bodies in crucible and the lag is meant to be off the charts. Is the entire infrastructure crumbling?

Insta death from dropping off a low ledge in pvp, enemies health bars still showing when they're dead, people dying in the aura at Oryx, ogres teleporting in the last round of bombs in the Oryx challenge, constant red bars in pvp kill you then die themselves 3 seconds later, the list goes on. Destiny is definitely on the verge of blowing up.

I had to stop after I unloaded 10 high impact headshots on some guy(this even did damage) he turned the opposite direction I was facing and sniped me.

Yeah the app never loads my notifications anymore it takes like 3 times

It definitely looks like it's crumbling! Died 3 times in a row from 'misadventure' when I was in the middle of nowhere and nobody shooting me, to then get killed through the wall twice and then spawn right in front of a golden gun!! Wtf is happening!?!

6 RepliesBungie's asleep at the wheel. Folks still coming back from vacation, cleaning up the office....probably prepping for next DLC. Here's another odd thing that happens every once in a while when I play: Nova Bombs don't kill players in the Crucible. It's rare but it's happened a couple of times to me. I think it's a lag issue.

So it is not just me going crazy, this kind of problems made me stop playing other games in the past today I played for a bit today but it was mostly frustrating so I stopped. I get insta-deaths without inflicting any damage, I know PvP is not instantaneous, but 2 full seconds for hits to register is way too excessive in an FPS. It also takes forever to set up a match. All the games I have played in the past 2 weeks in PvP have had at least 6 out of 12 people with red or yellow connection indicator. Even in PvE activities there are times when hits do not register for a noticeable amount of time or at all. I have not experienced this kind of bad connection issues since i started playing this game (I have fiber and my connection is clean 30 to 50 ms ping times in other PvP games). The built in problems by decision (like the leveling/loot systems) that Destiny has just aggravate the experience.

Getting a lot of deaths by misadventure lately. And the vault to guardian transfer on the app hasn't worked for a month.

The app has been very slow as of late. A single axion bolt killed me and my friend last night. Both of us had full health.

Yeah man, notifications take forever to load. Apparently they are looking for a new guy to come and work on the companion app. Probably a falling out with the previous guy.

5 RepliesDon't forget super activation deaths. Idk if it's just titans or all three classes. But many titans including myself have been dying of misadventures upon activating our super. I die sometimes once I hit the ground,full health and no one was shooting me. The death looks like I fell I even get a "Thiallfi is down". I've also died of misadventure upon bubble activation. Thought my game was broken but now I've Seen multiple posts saying they have experienced the same issue.

The social experiment is over, they have found the new limits of player abuse they wanted to and the industry will now adjust to treat us like shit universally across the board.

Everyone keeps telling me its my "internet" yet i havent played destiny in months and put it in yest to help a friend. Glitchier then all hell. dont have this issue with any other game

2 RepliesIt seems grenades cause floating bodies a lot more frequently, and supers. And misadventure happens almost certainly using blink or higher jump at some point in a match.. So apparently abilities and moving is broken. GG bungie.
