Calcified fragments and touch of malice question
So I am currently at 43/50 calcified fragments. I haven't done the whole raid yet to get above 45. My question is, will I break the ToM quest if I hit 45 fragments before I am asked to do so? Should I finish the raid without grabbing them or will I be fine to just get them as I go?

You'll be fine. Because the quest doesn't say to collect 45, you just need to have them in order to move on.

No you wont break it. I got the undying mind and the promethean code before I got the ToM quest.
