Please tell me someone has beaten today's daily..
Because I just can't. I really just can't..I've died 50 -blam!-ing times to that god damned ECHO....HE JDUT SPAWNS WAY TO MANY TAKEN ITS JUST SO MOTHER-blam!-ING UNBEARABLE AND UNBELIEVABLE!!
Edit: I beat it guys. Thanks for the tips. Telesto and P&T with a lot of ammo did the trick

If you're staring at where he spawns. Look to your left at the huge black wall. Sit up there and snipe him and when you're too damaged just drop down behind the wall. No one can get you

Facing him turn left and get behind a block. You can stay there all day and not get killed. Poke shots at him with a high power sniper at your leisure. Real easy.

Use a good sniper like the 1000yd stare. He dies insanely fast. Maybe have a friend join in or something. Keep a sword on you for clearing adds that get to close.

Facing towards where he initially spawns, to your left there's a wall you can get on top of/behind (I think there's may have been a ghost back there in HoW). It provides really good cover to pick off the Echo.

My friend and I made a bit of a contest to see how much damage we could deal with the Raze-Lighter. Though he floated too high for the Phoenix uppercut.

Really? You run through the whole thing and snipe the shade in the face a few times for the win. Really helps to have a high impact sniper and a sword.

I soloed it. I wiped twice before I realized what to do. You need to basically focus on the echo with a high powered sniper from cover and kill adds if absolutely necessary. I used black spindle and destroyed him within 25-30 seconds. However if you had a 1000 yrs stare I'm sure you could take him out quick also. Good luck!

Yeah distance is the key, all the way back to the beginning, sniper and rockets. Not very heroic but it gets the job done.... Art least when you solo it and not so high a lightlevel

I basically solo'd it. The kid with me was at 280 light, he's run about 7 raids total.. Just gotta find somebody that's halfway decent dude

Although this probably is to late: Keep your distance (bravely running back to the start of that platform and jumping up there is a good spot, hardly anything shoots you there, and you can snipe the echo really quick). And that's about it.

I used my raid sniper and raid machine on that captain then i dropped the bag on him

2 RepliesBack away and snipe, when captain and phalanx spawn, use sword to wreck them, then continue sniping :) At least that's how I solo'd it :)

It's hard. But if you go back all the way there will be two phalanx and a fallen captain. Take them out and you're clear for a bit to rain death on the stupid freakin echo.

Jump on right big platform where there are two on the first corner. Wont get hassled by the captain here If you move right to the back edge of this you wont be hit save a bit of splash damage Snipe and rocket launcher on the boss

I got tired of killing the weaves and just ignored the adds and kept concentrating on him. I almost died a few times though
