That's part of the mission to get your new Subclass, exactly right after you unlock the new Subclass. Yes, they are reusing maps.

It started with Reach man (reusing singleplayer maps as multiplayer maps, etc.)... Destiny is an extension of that game pretty much. Oh well. :/
